Why is the week of April 9 – 15 the best time to sell your house in 2023?

During that week, selling conditions are expected to be the best compared to the rest of the year. National data compiled from previous years suggests the following conditions:
- Surging buyer demand (+29%)
- Higher home prices (above average)
- Quick sales (time on market lowered)
- Fewer sellers (12.9% less during an average week)
